Exchanges and Quality Issues

 

 

If you receive a product with any quality issues, manufacturing defects, or non-human caused damage, we offer a full exchange at no additional cost to you. Please contact us at hellosoftstrong@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

For returns related to size exchanges or other personal reasons, items must be sent to our UK processing point:

Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
